A flavored blend seemed to be the evening’s taste. Ah! But which one would be perfect? Should we make “Turkish" or the "Greek" brewing? Or would you prefer the concentrated, the percolated or the vacuumed? Or would the simple press pot istyle satiate the desi cuppa!

Preparing a good cup of coffee is actually easy – after all, you're just combining ground beans with milk and water until the brew is drinkable. Simple? Yep. Well, there still remains something more to that cup of coffee; the brewing which enriches the blend.

Isn’t life just as much as a cup of coffee? The flavor, aromas, its smoothness, the richness… Life is easy too! But the variations in the way we live it are almost infinite - the quality of the beans, the preferred degree of sweetness, the correct amount of milk, the water; all of it matter a lot coz all of it combine to make the excellent blend. And the best blend needs those experiments. Add some garnishing of cinnamon for a change, use the cream on one day, and even keep it a simple black coffee sometimes….

Hey there, lets pick up our mugs, add our families, our best pals, add all the experiences we come across daily. Add our prayers, a tinge of our hugs, our tears, those moments that took us off our feet, and also those lonely moments which saw us down, those smiles and giggles and then lets take the stirrer and mix it well…. gently and well. That’s the brewing I am talking about…. And the flavors of each day we live depends on how much we want to experience and experiment the journey.
